Thank you so much for sharing all of your projects and the changes you've made in your life. I to am Gluten free for over a year now and it's helped me tremendously. You've inspired me to get back to my yoga practice and try and do a little bit everyday. I've been on the search for sustainable yoga wear for years and have found it very difficult to find in ready wear. I'm prepared to sew my own if I can source the fabric. So I'm really excited to see how your yoga clothes turn out. Thank you for taking the time to publish your podcast!!!

You are a very talented knitter and sewist. Everything is superb! I am just now learning to knit. I have about 40 years of sewing experience and sew every day. I have been working hard on learning how to knit and its a slow process for me but I will get it with practice.

Hej to Montpellier! I found your Podcast today via Katie Green Bean and it brought me so much joy! Especially because it's been ages since I was in Montpellier ... I loved that city and it's magical wind! Back then I was not knitting and missed all the french yarn ... but maybe there wasn't even that many shops there :) (it was in 2004) Thank you for your sweet talk!! No winter here (Berlin) too, it freaks me out. A bientot :) Kaffiknopf

Thank you for sharing your health..... I have a yoga student of mine who may have it and I forwarded your podcast to her. I think your info might really help her. I’m also so excited to see how your yoga wear sewing projects turn out. I’ve been practicing for over 16 yrs and teaching for 8yrs and often think of creating my own yoga clothing. Many blessings to you and thank you again for sharing!!!!

Thank you! I am also trying to avoid polyester/ plastic type fabrics, I think it is only responsible. Perhaps the fabric we need has not been invented yet? Maybe it is a weave or a spin. I am glad you are feeling healthier, diet is key. Lovely makes!

I have been wheat and gluten free for years and it really helps so many things. Unfortunately, my tinnitus remains. But so many other things are improved.
