Carlos! Not only is it not a knitting competition, it's also not a cooking competition. (But if it were, you would definitely be the winner.)

Hello from the Central Valley of California. Weather here is still very warm. I’m knitting a blanket for a daughter and we’ll crochet two baby blankets for my newest great grandsons. Have a wonderful day. Love watching you.

Hello to you from Pismo Beach😊 I love to see other Californian knitters. I always feel like I'm the only one who lives in such a warm climate yet enjoys the coziness of knitting. Cheers!

I had no idea Carlos was also a member of "Team Snail!" Your Norwegian style knitting and purling tutorials have increased my knitting speed a bit, so thank you very much! Love to watch you both.

So glad to hear you will come to USA next year. And to hear about the KAL, I love those cheery Rowan colors! I do like the idea to start Nov 1st so as to finish in time for Holidays. So generous of you to offer the pattern free. Thank you! -Mary

Love the idea of a knit along in November. I joined the American Cancer Society’s knitting every day in November fundraiser so it’s nice to have a project to do everyday!

Gorgeous sweaters. I’d love to be able to knit like this. Oh God - you guys are funny . Love the shades in the polar bear piece-cannot wait to see it finished! Awwww, Freya sounds so adorable ..and smart. Ah those fortunate well- dressed dolls! This was fun ! ❤ xx

I can give Carlos a run for his money when comparing the slowest knitter in the world! Thanks to you and Arne’s tutorial I have increased my speed by learning how to Norwegian knit. If I could get the Cha, cha, cha purl down I would be able to knit twice as fast. 😊❤

A lovely way to start my Monday morning with a video from Arne & Carlos and of course, the beautiful Freya ❤ I'm so looking forward to another stocking KAL, I participated for the first time last year, and was so happy with my first ever knitted stocking. Call me crazy, but I'll be knitting the stocking in air conditioning as it "heats up" here in Australia. Safe travels for your upcoming events ❤x❤

😂😂😂What an ending to this episode! My stomach hurts from laughing. Carlos never gives up and Arne needs to iron his fabric. 😅Seriously, thank you for doing another Christmas KAL. I so enjoyed last year’s. You are the best

It is so nice to hear about your unfinished projects, and your self-reported slow knitting speed. My first knitting in the round project was a hat for the 7" Eden Madeline doll. I had to restart it 5 times until I got it right. The finished hat is about 3" tall.

Arne-- the colors you've chosen for the child's sweater just about match the colors of the Estonian flag! 🇪🇪 I married a first generation Estonian, which makes my kids half Estonian, raised in Montana. 💙🖤🤍 Thanks for all you do, guys, and for sharing it with us! P.S. Wondering how your Mom and Dad are doing, Carlos?

Carlos I always thought I was the slowest knitter in the world. As long as it looks good there is nothing wrong with it

Very pretty fabrics for the doll dresses indeed. I would buy some doll dress patterns if they were on the website :) Those colors will be really nice for that sweater pattern grading class. Your bag is a great way to see where you've been. I'm looking forward to doing the stocking again. The 6 rows a day was perfect. I assume the needle size will be the same as last year?

Laughing about your time mix up. I’m in Australia and have just returned from Broken Hill and surrounds in western NSW. It’s a very isolated area and we were jumping in and out of the two time zones. In the end we were even more confused than Carlos! Thank you for the laugh.

Question: do you sew the doll clothes on a sewing machine or by hand sewing? I am so excited about another stocking knit along!! Thank you

I think I would be slower than Carlos at knitting😊I am very slow, it took me 15yrs to knit a cardigan for my first hubby, he did get to wear it b4 he passed away. Then I wore it in the winter to watch TV.

Carlos don’t put yourself down. The doctor I used to work with had a theory that our brains are like computers, and our memories are like files. As we learn through our lifetime we accumulate more and files. That’s why it takes us longer to recall a specific bit of knowledge- we have more files to go through. If that’s the case we need to have a recycle bin. I love and collect dolls but I feel the same way about those 2 dolls; they creep me out
