Kimami sewai traditionally phle desi ghee me shallow fry hoti hai...

Its not Kimami but 'Kiwami' actually. White/Raw sewain ko dry bhun lene se colour zyada achcha aata hai aur isko aap long duration ke liye store bhi kar sakte hain. Desi ghee mein fry karna necessary nahi.
