Oil - 1/3 cup ( 55 gm)
Curd - 1/3 cup ( 80 gm)
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup (100 gm )
All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup ( 150 gm)
Baking Powder - 1tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/ 2 cup+ 4 tbsp (120 ml )
For Rabri/ Malai
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 3 .5 tbsp
Elaichi Powder- 1/2 tsp
Safrron strands - 8-10 (soaked in milk )(optional)

Nice video! And thanks for the English instructions. I was thinking about making a Tres Leches cake this weekend. This looks like pretty much the same thing, but with a lot more flair. I'm gonna have to try this instead. It'll be a nice treat for Butter Week (the week before Lent).

This cake recipe does have the elements of the Tres Leches cake. I would bake my cake (with eggs) in the oven as I would for the Tres Leches recipe, and use this recipe for the milk syrup !! :)
