Hi! 🥰 I used 30% whipping cream. A little bit more is not a problem. Normally whipping cream has 30-36% fat. That’s oK 👌 If you have other questions just ask. I’m glad to help 😊

Ok)we have 10% and 20% cream in our store ,and they are not whipped

@@Kitty_Kit_Kate less than 30% and they do not stay firm after whipping. If this is the last option, go for it. It will not get that firm but with the gelatine you use it should be fine. In the worst possibility it will not get extremely firm and fluffy…. But will taste almost as good 😊
