Loved this! Terry is very eloquent, open, and tells some awesome stories. I loved that a Japanese car sealed the Warriors deal. And how he missed out on a grand final. Too many things to mention. Well done Dave; you conduct the interview so well and your love for and knowledge of the game shines through.

Thank you for these amazing comments! I'm blown away by the support and kind words from people. Terry was unreal, and I'm still pinching myself that it even happened!

My uncle was at the Warriors with Terry when Tainui brought the Warriors. It cut him deeply when Lowie told him he could stay on but they wouldn't be paying anymore. RIP Tommy.

Wonderful career Terry , A wonderful insight into your rugby league journey. Dedication, sacrifice, self belief, all traits you have shown to have had such a great career. I’ve never said thank you for looking after me in my debut for Eastern against Linwood back in the day (I was on the wing and you played centre) Wednesday night game at the show grounds on pitch 1 😂 Anyways mate , well done, I really enjoyed listening about your journey #easternlegend
