I thought damage cap for pika was 510 devil fruit

that is the stat cap for pika v1 (which is actually 521 for light kick and light ray), this video is on pika v2 👍

This is the stats that the Radiant Admiral boss uses in gpo, I figure out what the stats the bosses use by just adding stat points until I get there damage on moves, which the boss does 206 Dmg per light kick, so I figured these are the stats for 206 per light kick. Hope this helps!
