So much goodness coming our way! I'd be happy with Kizer's 3v or 4v on the Militaw handle. I was going to purchase the mini Harpoon the other day until I saw the leather sheath on it. If that had kydex so it could have a pocket clip it would be on the way to me right now! Kizer, offer a kydex sheath with Mini Harpoon, please! Even if it's a $20 extra charge, I'd pay it.

s90v or 10v would be nice for the fixed blade militaw

Fixed blades usually are best with tough steels, while both s90 and 10v have excellent edge retention they are prone to chipping under hard use.

@@chrisjosekuehl 10v is tougher than vg10 and d2 which is used in many fixed blades s90v is also as tough d2 or vg10 which are tough enough unless you intend to use the knife as a prybar

That fixed blade Militaw in carbon fiber without the speed holes and with a satin DLC finish on S90V would be an instabuy for me!

I'm a fan of Kizer knives. Elegant and budget-friendly knives that are suprisingly well-built for the price-range. You love to see it I also have a bias towards front-flippers and they seem to ONLY do front flippers haha

One of the things I notice watching these Blade Show videos is the personnel. It's clear that David C. Anderson is a KNIFE guy. He's a seasoned professional, but his profession is knives. With some of the company hosts, it's clear they haven professional salesmen they teach about knives, not knife people they teach how to sell. When DCA visits a booth like Spyderco with Eric Glesser, it's clear there are two knife guys talking. When he goes to the Condor booth and visits with everyone's favorite machete hyper-activist, Joe Flowers, it's clear there are two Knife Guys (or one knife guy and one knife junkie.) I don't mean to demean Jeremie, but it's clear he's a professional salesman more than he is a knife aficionado. It's also clear that DCA is more in his element when he's talking with Ethan Becker, L.T. Wright, or someone who is a serious knife person. Honestly, it's what makes Knifecenter stand out among knife dealers. Blade HQ is a LOT more convenient for me (they're literally just down the road, and I do mean to use the word literally as it is intended to be used) but the guys in Virginia get a lot more of my money than the ones right here in the Utah Mountains with me.
