S'amuser. Pas de règles, pas de compétition, pas de right and wrong. Grave marre de la danse competitive/sportive.

I wish that my hips could still move like that!! I really miss being young and dancing.💃 I absolutely LOVE watching 👀 the younger generation do all of these great dances. She is very correct about the importance of the hip movement. It makes a major difference in the way that the dance looks.

This is how my mum's generation use to dance and how my generation still dance. It's very much a Caribbean way of dancing to Cayeso, Calypso, Cadance and if your more Mature, even Soca. It's just the way we dance.

Simple buy a hoola hoop and don't stop until you can hoola hoop. Look for free tutorials on line......you'll see and good luck. P.s please don't come for me when you loose inches of your waist and you need new clothes I'm just giving friends advice and I am not a Dr.
