Once you sign into Sam.gov, find your business, click on the n workspace to see your UEI and cage code, there are 3 small dots to the right of your business name, click on those dots and then click on the update button and go to the area where your first registered.

I agree he did not lose he paid his supplier; he got that back, plus he has profit when the agency paid him within those 2 weeks. So all he has to do is split the 10k profit between himself and his partner.
