7-8 dollars for a good brush seems like a good price, especially if they look so good after 2 years of almost daily use. I think it also matters how you wash them though. I saw the BK brushes at Sarah Rose and they seem so practical, their shape really stands out! I have multiple 7-8 dollars brushes from the brand Boys n Berries, they look lovely, the colours, the shapes, and the bristles are very soft. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but the outside package of the brush is starting to fall apart 😢 I have to admit that my best brushes are my most expensive ones: Huda Beauty, IT Cosmetics, and I would add here even Nudestix. I would love to try the Rare Beauty ones and also Sigma.

I definitely could wash my brushes more often but I do wash them regularly. That’s a good point to make though about how long they will hold up!

This is the Bite lip crayon in ”cava” and topped with the essence lipgloss in “milky cocoa”

Thank you! I used a palette I have from Lethal Cosmetics that is made of up singles shades. I topped it with the shade flourescent from the Profusion Ethereal palette.

That flat face brush you don't use could be great face mask application brush..

Yes it would be! I don’t use face masks that require a brush often, but if I get one I’ll have to reach for the brush to try that out!
