After having attended 5 FS competitions as a Team Bath Racing member and witnessing the epic videos at FSG14, I wanted to try and bring the same enjoyment through videos that I experienced at FSG, to the competitors at FSUK2016.

MAX Percentage I agree. Problem is that the drivers have to be a student and majority of students have no race experience

Wildly inappropriate given the differentials in car performance and driver skill, and the car's themselves are not designed with that in mind from a safety perspective. If those things could be mitigated then this would be fantastic but don't let that get you down, enjoy it for what it is. It's not dissimilar to the way the isle of man TT is ran, and everyone thinks that's great

Bofatutube TT is a little different due to it being a street track, higher speeds, more dangerous, etc. Cannot realistically be compared to the TT but still a good point

@@georgebridgeman-sutton2858 There are quite some people in my team at High Speed who have proper racing experience, but imagine the costs... Its a huge challenge for most teams to finish their car in time, imagine a crash in a formula student event in which a lot of cars get involved. All parts are unique, handmade and of most only a single part exists. You cant again just spend some more thousands of euros to prepare another front wing in case of a accident :D But wheel to wheel races really would be awesome

It's crazy how the level of Teams participating in the UK event has dropped so low since it's now pretty much only UK Teams. Oxford Brookes would struggle to even be competitive at an event like Austria or Hungary. Let alone Germany...
