I got this when KJV Store first brought it it out 2022. It's amazing, I love it. 100 years ago Scofield wrote his notes and probably without electricity. KJV has a Goatskin Notetakers Bible that has an amazing amount of room for my pen.

Hey Cat, What's the difference between the wide margin and the notetaker's KJV Bibles? Prayers flying for ya!

Hi Cat! I appreciate your reviews very much. FYI the 1st index is the index to notes (and a few other things). The 2nd one is the subject index. I hope this helps😊.

Can you please send me a link to your pen pouch? I love this review. I have this Bible at home but mine looks a little different; mine I think is the original Schofield. It’s a little hard for me because it is king James version but I also have many Bibles out at a time. That Bible is truly the most exquisite Bible I’ve ever had. The feel, they look, and the readability is above expectations. I’m glad I found you!! just subscribed.

Hi where did you get your ribbon? Do you have the links to the pens ? Thanks also your pen Bible holder ?

I have used a piece of vellum to keep the "impressions" of my writings to not show through. Also, I put notes on vellum; my favorite verses, topics, etc. Lately, only been using 3 or 4 colors in some Bibles, it is less confusing (for me) , , , love my premium Bibles! They are worth the money if I study much in them, so they do hold up better. 😳

Beautiful Bible!! You are so right about having a Bible in your hands. I use online bibles if I want to compare different translations and I’m not home. But when I study, I use several bibles, 3 or 4 at a minimum. Nothing like having a Bible in your hands.

By the time I save up for it.. it's going to be sold out 🥺😭
@love.one.another4 ай бұрын
@@catwoods5499 I know... they sell out fast and there is a nice black and gold 62, and a nice red 52 which is cheaper but i like the margins of the 63s to write in and the paper is thicker, i believe 40gsm rather than 36! The thicker the better for my heart, smiley face, and star stickers! The 63 may be heavier with the goatskin and the full yapp than the 62... would be an interesting comparison on the weight. ❤

Hi Cat, from your videos you have many bibles. Out of all of them which is the one you use most of the time?
@catwoods54994 ай бұрын
Well that's a difficult answer because I use different Bibles and translation at different times and for different reasons. So for example my Bible Study time. Life Application Study is my go to. But this new Scofield amazing a perfect premium STUDY BIBLE with wide margin that's literally the dream Bible right there. I know not too many can find the KJV an easy translation to use but when you pair it next to a translation you can understand and enjoy along sizes like I do with the LASB it's a whole new world of Bible study. It's truly addicting with is exactly what we want to be for God. As for a reader.... aka daily driver... that too will change as I finish reading through it several times and marking it up. So last year it was the Schuyler ESV Treveris MMC leather at the beginning of the year ESV Alpha Edition compact in Wellington Leather. Now I'm in NKJV PSQ Tuscany Calfskin FY. I have a Workhorse a Bible that holds all my notes reflection thoughts questions prayers etc which is now the new Scofield and my PSQ is my Cuddle Bible. I hope this kinda helps I have several playlist created to help guide you all through my many different kinds of videos. If you still have any questions after this don't ever Hesitate to ask me ✍️🏻📖🩷🩵🤍💜

@@catwoods5499 Wow, thanks Cat for the amazing reply. You certainly have a wonderful variety of bibles that you actually use. So many people purchase a ton of different bibles and end up not using many of them other than perhaps one or two special ones. I was wondering, do you still use and like the Thompson Chain Reference? That’s the first review of yours that I saw. I really appreciated your explanation of how best to use it. I still find it one of the best bibles because I’n now leaning towards using only bibles without commentary or devotion so that I can only use God’s word as the commentary following the chains. I’ve also been pleasantly surprised at using the Topical Index as a concordance of sorts and finding that pretty much everything I ever want to look up can be found there, even personal things specific to me. Often this works out better than a standard concordance. Anyways, thanks for all your great reviews and your determination in reviewing all these bibles and providing excellent study/use tips as well. May God bless you.
