You don't have to sell your house or buy another one. It looks like the perfect neighborhood, the perfect backyard, distribution of land, etc, for your family. You can remodel and renovate this one! You both as a team would do a perfect job... Khoa with the structural an more tecnical part, and Karen with the interior design. I would love to see that! It would be amazing... You could build up, like bedrooms in the second floor, and that way you could enlarge the kitchen and dinning room ❤ That's so exciting to look for!
