When I started with digital marketing in 2020, during the time when everyone was selling courses on how to sell the course you already had (that truly goes on, lol), it got so stressful. Habits and overthinking thoughts related to agitated anxiety behaviors started creeping in. This kept increasing, with me realizing but not really paying attention to what my thoughts were trying to tell me. Moreover, with a background of school bullying and past trauma, it all mixed together, making things worse for me over and over! What a lesson life has taught me overall - this is about 'loving and caring for yourself first, so you can care for others the same way you treat yourself!' How can you love others if you're filled with awful things? Is that even possible? For me, it's obviously not a possible way."

Klailea thank you for talking about your struggles. I feel like I can relate with you with putting pressure on yourself and what youre trying to accomplish. When I'm having a rough day going out for a walk and being one with the nature or being around family has helped a lot. Also doing things youve never done before or learning a skill and being in a different creative spot can help too! Sometimes its easy to be alone to go through the feels but having family and friends around you even if youre just not feeling it helps alot too💗 Happy holidays to you and I hope to see a future video of you reflecting on this on how much has changed ☺

Okay girl half way through and I'm going to say something rq, talk to God about these lies in your head, talk to God whenever you want to be perfect, I struggle myself with wanting to help people so much its controlling but when you open up to God about it and want a relationship with him and just saying "i need help" is the best thing ever. Don't rely on yourself to much because when we are weak well he is very much strong, I'm not saying what your doing is selfish what so ever, but i would recommend giving your problems up to God and just talking to him, maybe read your word a little bit when you wake up each day it helps me to function so much. Just remember God loves you and not everything has to be perfect all the time, ik easier said then done but sometimes there beauty imperfections as well. I mean look at human we're not perfect but Jesus still loves us. Don't put your value in KZbin cause its all temporary worldy stuff but put your value in God and who he calls you to be. The world cannot take your joy away if it comes from him. It can try but it always stays even after a hard conviction when walking with Jesus and not just calling it a religion. YOU CAN DO THIS!!

What more can we do when KZbin limits how much Support we can give you, like individually giving you Multiple Thumbs-Ups on one Video and more than 5 Views within a 24 Hour Period after watching your Videos on repeat. We your Subscribers are limited. This is all KZbin's Doing. Aswell as that.
