there was a time when i kept wondering why some people seemed to naturally draw others in while i was just…there. no matter what i tried, i couldn’t figure out how they did it. then someone mentioned the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and i decided to check it out. the way it explains how your aura affects everything around you? it blew me away. it’s like having a secret code to unlock your magnetic energy. this book is a game-changer.

i remember this one time i felt like no matter what i did, people just didn’t notice me. i tried everything-confidence boosters, social tips, you name it-but nothing seemed to work. then i found this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it completely shifted how i saw myself. it’s not just about being noticed; it’s about understanding the energy you project. honestly, this book made all the difference for me. if you’ve ever felt invisible, you need to read it.

i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.

I think it's very good that you're having these conversations and are being open about period talk! I just wanted to add a few things to what you're saying in this video (although I haven't watched the entire video yet so you might mention this later...) Anyway, about the tampon thing, I just wanted to say that your body actually is totally ready for you to use a tampon even from your very first period if that's what you prefer. However, if you feel uncomfortable it's better to wait a little. Also it could be a good idea to get used to your period and which days are usually heaviest for you, before you use a tampon. But if you really are uncomfortable with using pads, there's no health risk per se in using a tampon even if you're just starting! Also, why it feels dry and kind of painful to get it out sometimes if it's not soaked through, that's because you have very sensitive mucous membrane down there, and they don't like being dried out. It's not dangerous, but uncomfortable. It's not because the tampon expands (as Cora seemed to believe), just wanted to make that clear. The size of the tampon shouldn't be a problem! And finally, about there not being anything good with periods - not true! I like how Evee mentioned they make it possible to have children in the future - true for most women!! But besides that, having a period means your body is healthy and working as it should! If you're having PMS it can feel like you're becoming yourself again when you get your period and all those elevated hormon levels drop again. I always have terrible migraines the days before I get my period, so when it comes I'm so relieved! Oh and one more thing - chocolate (especially the really dark kind) contains magnesium and something else that I can't remember, which actually can help with cramping! That's mainly the really dark chocolate though, not the sweeter kind that most people probably crave.

Love your chat. But just so you know, cramping is fairly common and can be normal during a period. It does not always mean something is wrong. Should your cramping be severe still get checked by your doctor.

Talking about puberty with your mom is a big milestone. Make sure you feel comfortable! Here are some ways to start the conversation with your mom. Talking about puberty is a great time for you to bond and learn a lot about becoming a woman. It’s completely natural to be nervous about talking to your mom about your first period. It’s a pretty big deal, after all. Just know this: It's really not so bad once you get the conversation started. If you just can’t seem to say something, use these three tips. 1. Keep it Casual It could just be the idea of a big sit-down talk that’s intimidating. If that’s the case, try opening the conversation by saying something super casual like, "Mom, when you were younger, were you nervous about getting your period?" She’ll probably get the hint. 2. Write it Down If it's hard for you to start a discussion in person, leave your mom a note where only she'd find it (in one of her dresser drawers or her purse maybe). When she finds it, she'll find the time to start a conversation with you (and you won't have to worry about bringing it up) 3. Be Direct Really though, you could just take the most direct approach and just tell her your feelings! Really though, you could just take the most direct approach and just tell her your feelings! Take a deep breath, walk up to her and say something like, "This is really embarrassing, but I need to talk to you about my first period." She might be surprised, but your mom can get to the point right away - and she’ll probably do her best to make the conversation as painless as possible.

i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.

I am 24. Every month when I get my period, I always have bad period cramps. So I am either in bed with cramps or out working and I have to deal with the cramps. But if I do have medicine with me, I will take it and it will go away in a few short hours. I always use pads but if I am swimming and I feel comfortable, I will use tampons. Sometimes, I will feel uncomfortable trying to put it in so I have to take it out. I hope this advice works for you guys or just in general. I just wanted to share my period story. When I was on vacation, I sat down on the couch and I bled through and got it on the couch and my brothers were next to me so I was embarrassed and I sat on the floor and I never got on the couch ever since then.

What a swimsuit thing there’s a certain reason why it stops it’s because the swimsuit bottoms. Underwear away from the same material so when you put both of them in the water, they both just soak up and think you peed so that is why I tested it with a lot of things. It just absorb the wallet it just gets on just feels like a pee yourself.

I am 11 and got my period in November. I haven't told my mom yet because i am homeschooled and she hasn't talked about periods at all with me yet, i only know about them from watching videos about periods which she wouldn't have let me watch if she knew i was watching them. And i am the oldest of six kids and me and my mom are never really alone without my siblings and i can't tell her with my siblings around. I don't have any pads and i have just been using toilet paper. I really just need advise. Please, please, please answer this in a video. Love you so much!

I would first of all make sure you tell her you need to talk to her by your self, for example say “hey mom, can I talk to you in the other room”, then I would just go in there with her and say “hey, there is blood in my underwear”, and that is so much easier to say😊

Talking about "menstruation" has certainly crossed the minds of women, especially young women. This is what is often experienced the first time because it is considered taboo. Like what happened to Cora and Evelyn or Eevee who were growing up as teenagers. That is why Klailea is presented here as their role model.

I have a couple questions why do I have cramps like 2 weeks before my period and should I talked to my mom about using tampons I am 15 also me and my mom are not close at all so is it ok if I just start using tampons with out asking or should I just only use pads till I am older
@the_kid_lilli

I'm also 15 and use tampons without ever asking my mother. If I were you, I would just use them. She can't decide what you like better. If you like tampons better and you feel more comfortable in them, why should she forbid to use them. And on the topic of cramps 2 weeks before your period: 2 weeks before your period you ovulate, some women also have pain, you can google that to get more information about it. Hope that helps❤
