I’m excited to incorporate chebe in my hair routine because of you! The only thing is I don’t want my hair color to change/darken. I love my natural brown 😌 I wonder if I should document my journey for my channel as well… maybe a small challenge 🤔😏 idk but I’m loving these updates
@DarleneBattle-n8w12 күн бұрын
I personally think the chebe IS darkening the hair. What you keep in mind is that is a product straight from nature. On the channel "Green Beauty" there is a woman that used onion water monthly and not only got growth but her hair went a beautiful hue of dark. I'm trying the same regimen myself with onion.

i started using the chebe grease last month and was following the every 3-5 day instructions. however i stopped because i thought it was counterproductive to frequently manipulate my hair. I was shedding with each take down of the braids when I went to reapply the chebe grease. Now I just use chebe grease like I do regular grease or butter. I use it once on wash day to style my hair and then I reapply again the next wash day.
@qiv777Ай бұрын
So how is it going?
@kimwilliams388Ай бұрын
@imParisthoee remember to be gentle with your natural hair when taking it down to reapply and adding your moisture routines.
@claudiathomas3193Ай бұрын
Or you could apply the grease a top the braids itself ....instead of pulling out the braids to apply. Or atleast that's what I do...for the same reason ....didn't want to over manipulate my hair. So I don't unravel the braid...I just spritz (the braids) with the liquid/ leave in conditioner...then apply the grease atop the braids....no take down....no shedding....and I do that until wash day
@sandycheeks1580Ай бұрын
🎉just use Chebe grease with a protective style like twists. You can also part, grease, & comb it weekly with a wide tooth comb 🪮.

So you shampoo every two weeks and reapply chebe powder, then every 6 days you reapply in between shampoos. ....🎉When reapplying do you rewet hair to reapply in between shampoos?

One of your reels came across my IG timeline. You had me at 3 inch hair growth/retention. I ordered Sahel powder (Dara was out), and Chebe grease from Dara via your link. After two applications of Chebe powder I am see amazing results. Literally no shedding. The application process is messy and a little time consuming, but so worth it. I get as close to my scalp as possible without touching my scalp. Love your videos. Simple and to the point, and extremely thorough. For all the super fine hair strand girls… I have had no issues using Chebe powder. FYI Dara is currently having a huge sale on their products. Let’s support our content creator and order via her link.

Less shedding might be due to less pulling. Most shed hairs do fall out naturally but it is possible to pull hairs out prematurely. And of course the coilier the hair, the more pulling happens when trying to detangle.That'd my guess at least.

Be careful with changes in your hair care routine. The chebe grease and powder routine and process you are using is working. I’ve noticed that you spoke a lot about length retention but does the Chebe help with edges? Did you notice your edges getting longer/ thicker?
@KlassicallyKeptАй бұрын
Good morning! I spoke about length retention because chebe aids in length retention , it is not a growth aid. Chebe does not go the scalp, it can irritate your scalp and clog your pores.

Goo morning MJ. I the chebe mixtures consists of: chebe Shea Moisture Amla leave-in Shea Moisture Curl enhancing smoothie Rosemary oil Lavender oil Peppermint oil Avocado oil In the video I said that I was thinking about incorporating pumpkin seed oil and cedarwood oil.
