They deserved better. Klaus deserved someone to love him to show him the love that he's been lacking all this years and all of that was firstly started by esther and mikael (the monster) aka worst parents ever. Caroline deserve to be happy and not to be the second choice of anyone, she wasn't for NiKlaus she was always the 1st for him, she deserve to feel loved cause she's the one. The timing wasn't right for them but they were right for each others. They deserve one another so much, they're soulmated and even with that crappy ending that JP delivered to us we're not gonna forget them either cause they are the best of us. I don't even know how to explain myself but because of them i seriously got the chance to do one of the most dearing and most incredible and amazing thing that i've never believed to do before. Thank you Klaroline you made me happy and made me achieve my dreams. I'll always own you that. I love you and this isn't the end no it's just the beggining. ALWAYS AND FOREVER...

Honestly it’s true. They had the best chemistry ever, that’s why so many people loved them together. One would think after so many years apart and so many hardships, they wouldn’t have that same chemistry, that same spark. But they do. It feels like “they were never gone.” Which is why I think even more that they should’ve been endgame. You can’t lie about that.

😭😭😭Watching klaus and Caroline in the end of TO felt different to me IDK if it’s just me but klaus wasn’t his usual cheeky fun self with Caroline it’s probably because he was going to die but I think klaus turned into a defeated, tired, washed out character and it’s really sad to see him that way no one loved klaus deeply even Elijah wanted to kill him at one time and when klaus did have someone that cared for him they either died or betrayed him 😭😭😭 it’s not fair klaus is one of the most feared evil yet misunderstood fragile character on any tv shows and it kills me that klaus didn’t get his happy ending AKA travel the world with Caroline 😭😭😭😭😢😢

I wanted to watch The Originals season 5 for Klaroline, but hesitated to start because the writers had let me down in season 4 with Haylijah. I waited to see how the season would end, because I didn't want to invest myself in a story with a crappy ending. And it was an awful ending, so I didn't end up bothering to watch at all. I just pretend that Caroline made her way to New Orleans to find Klaus one day and just stayed, and she and Klaus saw the world together for centuries. None of that poetic goodbye crap.
