great stuff, what I learned here is to widen my recipient list. I have been getting 50%+ on my 180 days engaged (click or open) for a week now. opened it up to a newly created 365days engaged list (click or open or site visit) for a few sends now. been only getting 25% now. Total people who opened is even lower than when I send to 180 only? (does sending to a worse list somehow affect deliverability? i.e. people who would have gotten it in main folder via 180 list, get it now in spam/promotions folder if I send via bigger list?) My ideas is to keep sending maybe 75% of time to the 180 list, and only switch full time (if ever) to the 365days once it gets 40% consistently?

Interesting! Perhaps meet in the middle with 270-day engaged. Or just keep it to 180-day engaged & also send to website engagers in the last X days. These are people who were active on site/viewed products/added to cart/started checkout. Happy to also take a look at the account on a call sometime as well!
