I did not know that it would be this good. This is one of the first sold in the USA.. It is actually better than the Seydel symphony )I have 4 of them) that I gig with. This compares very favorably to the Psardo that I just bought... Actually thePsardo is a better harmonica but it costs 3 times as much as the Symphony,

I just bought the acrylic version. I am thinking about buying the aluminum comb as well in case I want to swap. Do you think it would be easy to swap them?

They are the same. If you can work a screwdriver it will be no problem. Bought one of each. The acrylic is much lighter. They sound the same. I sold both. Good harmonicas , reasonable priced but not ones that I would play.. I am not a hoarder.... i love Seidel and I love steel reeds but ......

it is in the key of C The first blow hole is C below middle c. It is a Professional quality harmonica.

They play and sound the same.. I sold this one and bought one with aluminum comb (and no case). I think the clear green comb makes it look like a toy.

al crane Good question Al. They both play and sound great. If I had to choose ONLY 1 I would probably pick the Seydel if only for the steel reeds and the fact that Greg Jones does service for these in the USA. On the other hand, the Sirius is a seriously great harmonica and slightly less expensive. The Sirius is solid and airtight and being a bit smaller it is easier to hold.

Ok Ken thanks for your opinion , Seydel from my understanding is easy to get parts and service not sure about Suzuki i live in Canada i am pretty handy and would do my own repairs as long as i can get the parts .

Why did you select the acrylic comb rather than the anodized aluminum one? Or was it the rounded mouthpiece rather than the flat one?

I don't like the green color but I chose that because it is lighter. I Have 3 Suzuki Sirius Chromatics and my hope was that the acrylic comb would be lighter (and It is). I love the Sirius. The symphony is in the same quality range (which is saying a lot)

Technically no. I have no affiliation with Seydel. I do in fact endorse P. Sardo harmonicas and receive payment for those videos however I never imply that you need one to be a good chromatic player.
