I remember enjoying this game as a child. I replayed it a few months ago and i had some problems controlling the character. 8 years old me put the sensitivity of the wii controller at max. One day I'll replay the second one, and maybe I'll understand how it works

Fun fact: In the DS version, there is a device called "Detornadofier" that disintegrated tornadoes. That means a device that disintegrated tornadoes exists in the Cars universe.

The Wii U was something me and my family definitely enjoyed when we had it, no matter how bad of a reputation it had. Playing 3D World, Mario Maker, Mario Kart(we had a lot of Mario games), and Sonic Lost World on that thing were truly some good memories of mine when we still had it.

I liked the Planes movies because it was something me and my dad bonded over. It was never our favorite movie, but we always thought they were fun movies and we still quote certain lines here and there.

I had this for my 2ds as a kid and I was obsessed as hell with flying games as a kid so this to me was so much fun, I remember loving playing it on my 2ds as a kid, I just have so many good memories just exploring the levels until the time ran out and like making up my own scenarios and making up my own “missions” in the game, little me had a blast with this

I actually always liked Disney Planes as a kid, nowadays I still love it even if it’s not as great as the Cars Movies. Now this game is a pretty interesting game, like C3 DTW I think it’s decent. I like the Missions and the characters we can play as, the biggest problem I have with the game is the graphics and that’s pretty much it. Also no I got this game on the Wii.

I 100%'ed this game, on Wii U, as a full grown adult. It was not worth it. I really loved Behavior Interactive's previous "flight game for kids", MySims SkyHeroes. That one had a long story mode with lot of variety in the missions, including a bunch of solid dogfighting and full online multiplayer. It was way better than a spinoff of a spinoff of a spinoff (SimCity, The Sims, MySims, SkyHeroes) needed to be and I had so much goodwill for bE that I played all the way through Planes going "There must be some of that SkyHeroes magic in here" the whole time, and there was not a single drop. I think I must be the only person on Earth who had high hopes for Planes: The Video Game and they did not pay off.

When i was younger, I was pissed I couldn't shoot planes like a war, but instead I had to remove paint

Most people who own a wii u usually play mario kart 8, smash bros, and nintendo new shooter ip at the time splatoon 1 which that last one won multiple game awards. Edit: This is unrelated to this, but it hit me like brick to realize that the villain is voiced by Roger Craig Smith.

2:36 I didn't have one back when it was new, however when I was looking to get a Wii again a couple years ago I did end up picking up a Wii U instead because it also doubles as a regular Wii. Even then I only have 2 actual Wii U games, both of which are games I already have for Xbox just I wanted to try the Wii U versions of them, the rest of the games I have for it are all regular Wii games.

TBH, I never heard this game existence until now! Like I know it only exclusive for Nintendo and pc, but didn't have xbox or playstation versions of it. Blame me if yall want just because I never heard or play this game, over 11 years ago! (Also is the most obscure games I seen so far, since barely any people talk about this game, (first tom and jerry game not standing with this game)

If I had a nickel for every good trait the mexican public had from the Cars franchise, I would have like 4 (The first movie had a great latin dub already made in México, then they made an exclusive one (local jokes, etc), then in the second one we had a guest star (memo rojas jr.) and 2 covers exclusive for the region (one from a song called "autos moda y rock & roll" and a translaton of you may think, the existence of el chupacabra here and... Half cruz and that coco references) And yes, me English is broken
