How well do these seal around the helmet, for the days/nights it's cold.... Like zero or below? Do you still need to wear a balaclava or tape around edges??

Can you replace the strap on the edge? How do you get it out? I would like to change to quick straps.

Which goggle has the best foam for not letting snow dust in? Using a different brand goggle now that has the magnetic lens’ and literally lets tons of snow dust through.

Each goggle fits a persons face differently, its important to check seal on helmet and face when buying.

nice video but i was wondering if any of them are heated goggles? in my area we have alot of rainy days or hot days during winter so we have to deal with ice buildup and fogging alot. so are any of those 4 models heated?

Best thing we have found is to carry a spare set of lenses

Just spent $450 on heated goggles. They shit the bed day 2, deep in Revelstoke. Broken internal wire or something. Seems great for trail use, but not for the deep stuff. When not working or dead, they seem to fog and freeze 300% worse than a standard goggle. I had to stop every 3 minutes and swap lenses and stick the spare in my pocket. We'll see how it goes with warranty, but I'm probably just gonna stick to standard stuff and bring lenses and a spare set.

I had heated 509's.. they don't last long and don't do that good of a job as you might think. While it does help remove the frozen stuff on the lens and keeps the fog out for the most part, it gets wet inside after a while and the fog issue becomes more of a lens that is covered in a film of water/sweat... add the fact that the battery doesn't last long so you now have a double problem of fog/freeze fog and film.

I need some extra lenses. Don't be me and only have one lense, so when you ride on the coldest day the fog doesn't turn to ice haha. I've had that happening to my 509 aviators.
