so can you open/close the vents?

The vent under the peak can be opened/closed, but the mesh sections on the chinbar are always open and draw air towards the inner surface of the visor. Cheers, Tony

Awful visor system that is difficult to replace when it breaks. The vents look good but in reality are the worst of any helmet in existence, literally zero difference between open and shut. The padding is great when new but within a few months becomes weak and causes pressure on the forehead after a few hours of riding. I've replaced it twice so far. It is light,it is comfortable for about a month. Is it worth the money? Not a chance! Do yourself a massive favour and buy a shoei hornet,yes it's heavier but it's better in every way and actually feels like a premium product. Honestly I've never noticed the weight on the trails or off them.
