Thank you for your help, that only took 10mins , i sit in a 3 hour class and my teacher accomplishes nothing, telling us we should just know this stuff, then shows pictures from his trips. i have wasted so much time and money this semester for managerial accounting 1 and its the only teacher offered for this course at the college, he is so terrible, thanks for your help, $4000 spent at school and i learned more in 9mins and 49seconds for free on youtube... i've been robbed. i wish i could revoke the funds.

+TOPGUNCANADA00 I'm so sorry you have a bad teacher. Hopefully between my resources and others, we can get you through the class successfully. Just remember that it is one course and it will be over soon.

5:28 , then why mention , fixed cost "per unit" when it doesn't matter how many units are produced ????
@allkristiningram3 жыл бұрын
Because it is important when figuring out your cost per unit.

@@allkristiningram yes, but after the first batch we are not sticking with the fixed price per unit for any next forthcoming batches produced.

Dear Friends, I have 2 questions: 1/ In a promotion program (buy 3 product A and 2 product B then customer will rebate to 5000 USD). Question: I want to calculate the break-even point of this program, what are the variable and fixed costs?. 2/ With the long-term business strategy, I think we should do the business process is: Step 1: The Board of Director (BoD) write the long-term strategy. Step 2: The Departments (exclude financial) will be write the plan of each SBU (Strategic busines unit). Step 3: The Financial department write the financial plan (OPEX plan and CAPEX plan, bank loan, M&A transaction) Step 4: The BoD review and feeback, the departments modify and re-submit. Final, the BoD approve. Step 5: The company execute and review the final result. How do you think?. Thank you.
