I don’t know a single thing about fly tying but I am a HUGE asmr fan. I know it makes sense to have a black background to better see the art, but it’s also so nice when trying to fall asleep! However I do get very invested and typically fight the relaxation to see your craft, lol! Thank you for the lovely content, you are so talented.

I love this!! I have the same challenge when I watch ASMR videos! I love to fall asleep to them, but I'm often riveted by the content. Thank you so much for the encouragement!

ASMR hasn’t ever done anything for me, but I’m mesmerized by your craft. My very first job was at a bait shop when I was 12 so getting to watch these get made brings me back to those days.

hi Erin I know I might be in the minority here but I love your whispering voice and I would love a video where you explain each of the steps you take or explain the techniques as you go :)

Thank you so much for the suggestion! You are not alone and I’m working now to figure out logistics to add a soft spoken version to the workflow. 💙

Yes! I'd love to know why you're doing what your doing. I think that would be so interesting and soothing. You have a great ASMR whisper voice.

You do a superb job putting these videos together, audio, video … lighting and beautiful ties. And not to mention you have some outstanding fly tying hacks you slip in there… I never thought to comb out my hackle on a parachute fly! Excellent all around.

Awesome! So glad you're enjoying these! They're lots of fun to make and I'm still learning, so I stumble upon lots of hacks along the way :)

My grandfather used to tie flies and I would watch him do it for hours. We never knew how to talk to each other when I was that age but this was what we shared. He stopped doing it when his hands shook too bad and these videos bring back so many memories. The tools and materials you use are things I used to spend so long touching and looking at and I had completely forgot about them until I saw your channel. I love this.

Thank you so much for sharing! I can relate to not quite knowing how to talk to my grandfathers, but we bonded over fishing. I'm so glad I could bring back some good memories for you.
