"I don't give a sh@t how much money you spend in my store, if you don't position the speakers right, it's not going to sound good." That's when you know the retailer has your long term best interest as their priority. This guy is using the internet, to beat internet resellers. I love it!

Love this video so much I went out and bought a set w/o ever listening to them (NEVER done that before). Drive them with a Yamaha R-N803 digital streaming receiver running Tidal mostly. Best decision I ever made Have had 50+ parties in my basement and people LOVE THESE. Old School, real 70/80s sound that energizes you whether you are 17 or 70. I wish I lived near this place because they seem so great, old school hifi place. Love it.

Everything you say is true, the Forte iii are really amazing and they have a huge sound stage. I heard them ad a local music shop and was blown away, I currently have the rp260f and wanted something else, something beter for music because I was missing the mid. These Forte III's delivered such a sound the first seconds of pink Floyd I heard the snares of a guitar en the he began to sing.. I could point out precisely where he was standing with the mic and it was almost of I could reach out and grab it. Never thought speakers could do anything like this, I have a 5.2.4 atmos setup all klipsch speakers but even then I don't get that feeling what was given me that day, so I bought them straight away.

Nailed it! The kinda review that praise these beast yhe way I would to. He said "the speaker just dissappear" that is the exact first experience I encountered with Forte. The music you hearing is like a real rock band is right there in front of you. And sound seems like coming from all over the front wall of your room that is facing you. Unbelievably mesmerizing! And my experience was with forte 2. The real big brother of this. Till now my uncle still has his forte 2 running as a home theater main front channel. And still it reproduces movies effect seamlessly and astonishingly atmospheric soundstage eventhough he bought it way back in 1992. Im still a fanboy of this model and wish that one day I'd be able to own 3 of them as my LCR in my ht setup. This beast cost about 5 grand here in Malaysia maybe coz of the shipping and customary duties.

Haha, I like your style. I'm also a Heritage dealer in Ohio. I own the Cornwall III's myself in my basement system and they rock for sure. People sometimes knock Klipsch Heritage, but I will tell you, there's things that the Heritage does that even Wilson's don't do. They're just a fun exciting speaker with unlimited dynamics. I've got a 5x more expensive speaker in my living room, but it's hard to decide which I like more.

Almost ready to order a set. I have some Frank Sinatra vinyl recordings from the 40's early 50's that I loved listening to with a Marantz 2230 and an old pair of fisher speakers. Both are gone now so I'm trying to find a combination that will make these records sing again. The Forte 3 and a tube amp may be the ticket.

Great video. I'm one of those "Audiophiles" that stay clear of horns. I'll go as far as a "Dhorm". Cerwin Vega coined that phrase back in the day with their domes recessed in a lens reminiscent of a shallow horn. It worked. That's as far as I would allow myself to go. Not even JBL could convince me of going any further. However, I'm willing to give these klipsch a shot. Dynamic range is the life of music's emotional content, afterall.
@jacobbrown1690

live sound is mostly from huge horned cabinets. if you go to a concert its mostly horns and 15-18 woofers. thats why I love klipsch and jbl. They sound like my keyboard amps.
@jamiesmith6838
@jamiesmith6838 5 жыл бұрын
@@jacobbrown1690 Exactly. Horns are for sound reinforcement. Unless 123db is the norm, or filling really large spaces where high volumes are required? I prefer cones and domes on dense baffles where beaming isn't necessary for dynamic effects. Though, my KEF 105/3S kinda uses horn technology to good effect!
