To be honest, I had my doubts if Jürgen had the energy to ignite the fire in a new group of players. But what he has done is amazing. The rotation of the squad combined with the mix of youth and experienced players has not cost the team a lot of points. Maybe it’s even the reason why they are on top at the moment.

Imo, Klopp is Liverpool's best signing. He is also the best manager. A shrewd tactician. He buys players who fit his system, not how much they are valued. Whatever Klopp said at half time to the team for the Bournemouth game really works wonders. They came out in the 2nd half a different team. When I see the team sheet for the Bournemouth game, the reserves are mostly youth players. Klopp has probably been getting them ready to be called upon when needed for the first team.

I am here after Virgil’s elite performance in carabao cup final. For me, him, Mohamed Salah and Alisson Becker are 3 generational players who are equally great signings for Liverpool.

Funny enough Klopp wanted Brandt over Salah… Liverpool insisted to sign Salah and what a great decision it turned out to be… u shouldn’t let the manager have 100% of the power and this is a club well run… if a manager is allowed to sign whoever, there’s a club that ended up with signing Antony, Mount and Amrabat 😂

can't separate between Salah, Ali and VVD. But interms of consistency Ali and Mo have been better, but even when VVD is not at his best he is a class above everyone.

mane, Mo Salah, Firminio, Fabinho, all players who were no big stars bevor and under Klopp they became monsters Van Dijk is one of them but he was very solide even bevor liverpool and he was the most expensive defender in the word, so he was a star

Fabinho was a star before Klopp. He won the league title with Monaco. And Liverpool made him one of the most expensive CDMs ever, at that time. I remember the day Liverpool signed Fabinho I was very upset because I knew he was so good. Anyone who was following the sport knew who he was. Alisson, Van Dijk and Fabinho were all guaranteed success signings on day 1.

It's a combo of Ali and Virg, I would say. Before they came, even under Klopp we were unpredictable with W's and L's. Always conceding. Even if we scored 3 goals, we were still not quite sure we could bring it home

Klopp could make Liverpool compete with a bunch of mid table players. He creates players and makes them better than they're. All he needs in return is a work ethic, willing to run, and he will figure out the rest. He builds teams around their strengths and helps them cover each individual weakness. That is why he is a world-class manager. He doesn't need lots of money. He needs owners and fans who trust him when things go wrong. It's why he came to Liverpool. That being said, Allison is our best signing of the Klopp era 😂 Robbo was the one that epitomises my point. Hendo was already their but proves my point, too.

While it is personal, and to a degree splitting hairs, in my humble opinion me thinks JKlopp is the best manager ever - why 'cause I think of where the game has evolved too and the presence of mega rich clubs now - for a time I did not think Fergy or Shankly/Paisley or Wenger could/would be surpassed for greatness - actually forget Wenger - why forget Wenger, well his fame is kinda mostly attributed to the 'invincibles' (me laughing now) so while unlikely but possible in a 38 game season you could draw all 38 (ergo) no losses and get relegated - invincible by Arsenal definition BUT - just sayin'. Now City at 100 - only14 dropped points now u actually have my attention but with the financial resources actually should be more - so back to JK and Liverpool what Liverpool have done in this day and age is remarkable - thus the greatest EVER. Shout out to Jock Stein too ('67 Lisbon Lions) - and me hates Celtic LOL

Klopp suggested Timo Werner , and the board vetoed the decision as at that point felt Werner would be too expensive, Klopp then gave a shortlist of 3 names one of which was Salah and the board pursued him as the first choice as he would have been affordable as Roma weren't asking crazy money

Klopp comes across as a decent bloke as long as his team are winning. But his tenure is certainly overrated. 1 PL Title ( which was won during Covid, and the very same year that VAR was introduced) and 1 CL Title and maybe a couple of domestic Cups. I think he actually lost more Cup Finals than he's won 😱. In nearly a decade that's not overly impressive considering the fortunes he spent! In time history will judge him alongside Conte, Ranieri, Di Matteo, Dalglish etc.

Not a Klopp signing but I do actually think the importance of Coutino is underplayed by Liverpool fans in general. Yes he faked a back injury to force a move, and he should be judged for that, but he was a good player and Liverpool made a £120m profit on him or something, he provided the financial resources to buy van Dyk and Allison

Hear me out; Robertson. Van Dijk is incredible, no doubt about it, but other CBs could have done a similar job for Liverpool. But Robbo was the best LB in the world for 3/4 years during a time when there were very very few world class LBs.
