Well I am just watching this now as I am going through Jonesy's Jukebox and listening to all the great shows. I have to say I'm really impressed with both of these men but especially Ozzy. I've liked his music through the years, not loved it. He always seemed to be someone who was not all there, had garbled speech and a troubled life. But I really enjoyed seeing this side of him talking to an old friend. Maybe that was it that he was so much more comfortable than just in interviews. They are 2 men who grew up in hard situations, became famous, went through drugs and all of it but they're still standing, they're still here. It was really a pleasure to see and hear this interview!

That's true for a lot of rockstars. People automatically assume that because they drink and do drugs (or used to do those things) that they are stupid. But that is totally not the case. They're actually extremely smart and sensitive people. And they live a lifestyle for 25, 30, 40 or 50 years that none of us would be able to handle. I've seen Black Sabbath play an amazing concert earlier this year (their last ever concert in Germany).

I work in post-production. Yeah, yeah, this is nothing to do about the strike. Years ago, Mr. Jones was getting a burger outside his studio hearing it was from a fast food truck ( this was a pre heart attack). I happen to be walking past him in Los Angeles after leaving my car. I was putting money in the meter to avoid a ticket. I recognized him immediately. And I asked for a selfie. Steve was gracious enough to do so. It was sort of like a trophy to me. I don't run into too many celebs, but here's my point. After watching this interview, and seeing how he's handling Ozzy, who is obviously "quite unwell", and of course it now being the summer of 2023, everything has been sort of, 'confirmed' if you will.... I have to say that Steve's handling of Ozzy was just nothing less than outstanding. Gosh, what a professional he is, and to think his level of integrity is a learned behavior. I'm so impressed. Just a good man all around. Thanks for the selfie, Steve! Yes, I stopped eating red meat too....to preserve ourselves.... just a little bit longer.

interesting how so many comments say that ozzy looks like he is on drugs or otherwise in bad state, while he is actually looking more sober than ever, considering his almost 70 years and the unrepairable damage that won't go away anyway.
