I got a quarantine buzz cut and it really did a number on my insecurities regarding my hair. It's honestly been very liberating and I don't know if I plan on going back in the near future.

I am not allowed to cut anyone’s hair because I am definitely not good with the shears or the clippers. I tried giving my two boys their haircuts when they were quite young and I got flustered and had to hand it off to my husband to finish. They never let me cut their hair again, but I didn’t scalp the sides of their heads. You and your dad definitely should not be trusted with the clippers. I am definitely fortunate that my husband is really good with the clippers and the shears. He has given hundreds of haircuts to each of my boys as well as trimming my long hair. I would say that if you have a knack for it, by all means do haircuts at home, if not just put down the clippers.

I rate you 100 for having a great family, a wonderful sense of humor and such a loving relationship with your brother. You guys are very cool!!! If you need a good laugh here's what happened when my husband cut my hair...He's a cartoonist by trade so I was very nervous BUT I really needed a haircut!
