You can make a KLX 140 motorbike into 220 cc with a package provided by a brand called BRT, (Bintang Racing Team) like the head you use in this video, all packages for the KLX 140 motorbike are very complete, starting from ignition, CDI, and other parts. In Indonesia, there are lots of KLX 140 motorbikes and the CC has become bigger and bigger

That would be a cool route to take the bike to next! We didn’t wanna do any bottom end modifications to do this build so that’s why we decided to go with the 170 kit. 177cc is the absolute max cylinder size that can be run on a stock bottom end due to the bore size of the cylinder. Anything over that requires machining the cases to accept the bigger cylinder. Same with the klx110s. The biggest you can do on those is 143cc then anything bigger needs cases machined to accept more. But that definitely is something I will look more into for the future with this bike. My friend who has this bike just bought a piranha 190 so that 212 kit may be something we do on it🤷🏻♂️ thanks for the comment!

@@BraapBoyz Okay, I understand. Keep uploading KLX 140 videos because I will definitely watch them. I also have a KLX 150 that has been bored up to 220cc. So, I would be very happy if there were more KLX videos on KZbin, as it would be great knowledge for me to see what KLX bikes are like outside of Indonesia.
