Had a great ride on my 230R over the weekend! Carved up the trails at Fox Valley Off-road out here near Chicago. As an adult just getting into dirt biking it’s been a perfect ‘first bike’ so far. FYI- there is a trick you can do with a spot of heavy grease to hold that spring on the back of the filter as you reassemble. That would avoid having to lay the bike over. Just my 2 cents. Thanks Michael! I am glad you like the videos and that you had a good ride. It is a good bike, and I nit pick at things that I shouldn't worry about really. I had thought of the grease, but I didn't want it to break down and go through anything, so I just laid it over. I really appreciate it and I should have the Seat Concepts video done shortly! I miss the lightweight nimble handling. I'm having second thoughts of trading mine in for the honda cl 500 scrambler..

It is super nimble! I just wish it had a bit more ground clearance, I find the bottom pretty quick.
