And when your ships only strength lies in sec-spec but you barely cant bow tank nor tank HE very well, then it's a failure in my eyes.

Also since the guns cant seem to really do anything, it should have the Armor like the Pedro (new Russian T10 CA), so it could handle T10 matches better. But it is how it is. Let's see how other perform in the Ägir when she gets released. The sec are the only good thing here. The rest isn't really anything good.

I’m thinking of a slightly different captain build, tell me what you think. The focus is still on the secondaries though. So first 14 points goes to Priority target, AR, BFT, AFT and manual secondaries, the normal secondary build. But knowing the Agir is a cruiser, instead of going superintendent and expert marksman, I’d go for concealment and preventive maintenance. What this does is it brings the concealment down to 11.9 as flamu said, which is 600m from Agir max secondaries range. This makes getting into good positions for secondaries very easy. This build is better for players that struggle to get to a position to use secondaries without losing hp but in the long run, having one less heal is a big set back especially with the amount of brawling you do with this ship. This build isn’t worth it for German BBS though.

You can make an amusing troll setup by sacrificing si and EM and taking concealment plus preventive. That lets you startle DDs that think they’re safe capping since you can close the 500m gap between your final concealment and your secondaries before they can react.

Unfortunately they are dying fast if they're getting close because the Armor is a joke compared to the real brawling russian ships. the german ships have such great potential. they could have: + great secondaries + strong turtleback armour + high HP - inaccurate main guns - large turning circle - short (ish) range guns (not as short range as rus BB's but shorter range on average) but no. wg is still salty about ww2 (even tho they won the war in the end) so all german ships either have to be mediocre or downright shit. thanks wg. totally not being sore winners or anything......

in my defence they recently nerfed this thing (or was it another german ship? cant remember. but I know it was german) and then in the same change notes proceeded to buff Russian ships. im not the only one who belives that wg doesn't give german ships that much love. im trying to rationalize why wg might constantly nerf german ships but give all the OP stuff to the soviet tech tree. Smolensk Stalingrad Moskva Kremlin and what do the germans get that is good/better than good? *crickets* (maybe Hindenburg but that got kinda nerfed indirectly by the ifhe changes by basically giving all the heavy cruisers similar if not same HE pen as Hindenburg basically removing the one gimmick it had) think of it this way. That's actually the lower graphic setting for water he's using it looks like. It's actually the higher setting that adds in all the small wave and wake effects on the ships. If you set your water graphics lower is when it just turns into a big reflective sheet (like what it looks like he's using here).

World of warships: The game where a bunch of 128mm guns can be better anti-ship weapons than 305mm guns, and incredibly thin plating (even by ww2 tank standards) that probably wasn't even armour irl can cause battleship calibre shells to ricochet at very close range I can appreciate why they made some of the core design decisions that they did and why they didn't want the game to be more realistic, but damn, this game is like a circus lol

Unless the Sekrit Dokumints tell us this ship had the biggest imaginable Citadel and guns that could only hit a target if all planets align, combined with every second blue moon :D Also I wonder when we will be able to have two secondary targets so one side of the ships Secondarys doesnt just sit there and doing nothing when they could shooting the enemy. Lock that even behind the Secondary-Skill the Captain has.

The skill is exactly what actually makes it impossible to fire on several targets. Its a tradeoff - if you want several targets dont take it.
