Only thing broken is the brains of people who PLAN on going $200,000 in debt for a job that pays $80,000 a year max. Take some accountability and do a financial audit for yourself before taking out a massive loan, or maybe tell them to work the other 4 months of the year? Teachers have tons of free time in the summer. There is no excuse for a teacher to put themself in a degrading position that will lose all respect of the students they mentor and with it the ability to teach.
