Dans un systéme d'admission d'air chaque élément peut constituer un "frein" pour l'air et donc une perte de performances.
C'est pourquoi les ingénieurs de chez K/N ont réalisé un systéme d'admission offrant à l'air le moins de résistance possible.
Equipé d'un superbe tube en aluminium, le Typhoon constitue un systéme d'admission idéal !!
Chaque partie de ce kit a été étudiée et choisie méticuleusement :

Colliers de serrage
Canalisations de raccordement
L'emplacement pour le débimétre si nécessaire.
Les filtres à air K/N sont garantis 1.6 millions de kilomètres
Les filtres sont lavables et réutilisables. Ils peuvent être nettoyés et huilés jusqu'à 25 fois avec les kits d'entretien K/N.
Dans la plupart des cas de circulation en ville et sur route, le nettoyage du filtre ne sera pas nécessaire avant 80 000 kilomètres.

I know you know this dyno test is no good as when the hood is closed you will be feeding hot air into the filter thus draining power overall. This is a complete fraud. These open air filters are a waste of time and money. All they do is make the car sound better, maybe.

i'm more concerned about their ability to stop enough dust particles not entering engine, this over time can cause more damage than use, dirty engine or intake can definitely reduce power and efficiency of engine...
