Knackered track rod end ball joint - Golf MK4

Steering has been off for a while, however just got use to it. Finally decided to sort it today, oh dear the joint was busted. Seems the rubber gaiter around it has torn at some point and the joint had completely dried out and worn away, allowing stupid amounts of play in the steering.
