3:05 - wow, an ACTUAL slide from KBSC channel 52 (Corona, Los Angeles - iykyk)! It's my personal Holy Grail quest to find footage of this channel that was so special to Gen X L.A. kids. If you find ANY footage from this great channel, please post it!

It would appear to be mostly if not completely April 22, 1976, as that was Game 6 in L.A. The Kings were able to force a Game 7 following a 4-3 overtime win over the Boston Bruins.

You are correct. However I thought the date of the tape was on Thursday April 8,1976 because the NBA game of the Boston Celtics played the Kansas City Kings in Kansas City. Boston lost a score of 104 to 131. This was before the kings left KC and went to Sacramento. However it only makes sense they are referring to the LA Kings NHL game because it's from a station from Los Angeles.

Wonderful to see the KBSC-TV Channel 52 logo even if it’s just for a few seconds! I’m truly hoping that someday you will find some footage of this station that is legendary to SoCal residents of a certain age!
