Sir Namaste Very good awareness from allopathic medical practitioner. Please make a utube video regarding 1 Genicular artery embolization 2 prolozone therapy 3. Cartilage grafting 4. Herbal medicine of RJR The above 1st and 2 nd treatment costs nearly 1.5 to 2.5 lacs for the bilateral knee osteoarthritis and require annual booster doses , medicines etc which is in not explained to the patient at the time of treatment. Why not Orthopaedic doctors association represent this to the Government of India , for caring the senior citizens. Moreover I request you please to procure Robotic machine and excute , subvastus approach knee surgery also with 0.1 mm cut and 0.1 degree alignment perfection and soft tissue rectangle balancing. Kindly travel atleast on par with Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam eventhough not with Hyderabad. Once again thank you for informing facts to the public.

I'm 56 female with OA. Grade 3 right knee. Many pain management clinics and anesthetists told me prp and RFA will help. But I did a lot of research and concluded that only TKR is the solution coz I have pain at night, can't climb stairs, cant walk for more than 500 meters. Can't cook for more than 30 minutes. I knew that these treatments are only a temporary solution. Eventually I will go for a TKR. I request medical professionals not to give wrong guidance to patients already suffering in pain just to make quick bucks. Only a patient can decide when he needs a tkr. We should not treat the xray but the patient and his pain . I appreciate dr ram Prasad videos. Even though very young he is not commercial giving any wrong advice to patients. A good son born to good parents with great values. My prayers with him. I'm remembering the old days when docs treated patients for rs 30 as consultation. They had moral values. I see those qualities in him.
