Hey TINMATES! Thanks for watching my Vlog💜. UNFORTUNATELY, there are some people commenting here who OBVIOUSLY did not thoroughly watch the vlog. So let me put it out here as a pinned comment: Fyi, people who are not even overweight- like athletes ( especially athletes like runners, bikers, they get PFPS too ! Re COLLAGEN- Not even all the collagen drinks could save my KNEE From wear & tear thru the years of usage. My Doctor also says that Collagen implants is not an option , since the pain can be managed , with the Knee Exercises and relief methods. So pls watch the Vlog thoroughly to get you properly informed again . Salamat everyone!

Thanks Tintin. Stay well and excercise more which is usually my doctors advice, too. Watching you here from Long Beach California, I’m usually having leg cramps lately so I really got interested on your vlog. By the way, please say hi to your sister in law, Des who is my friend from a bank where I used to work before in Manila.

Good to know PT excercises for knee and hips. Thanks Tintin. Nakakarelate sa akin. If I’m having pain when I get up in the morning I usually stretch my back on my bed laying down hanging my head on the edge of my bed for about 3 to 5 minutes. Afterwards I do it my pain on my lower back and hips fades away including my ankle feels alright. I thinks it helps if you stretch your spinal column a little bit because it controls your legs and back as well.

I could relate to your knee pain cause I am experiencing it now.. But I am much older than you are. I am 81 yrs old and still feeling young and others said I look like 60 yrs old only cause I am a very positive person.. I am right now taking Glucosomytes, Vit D3 and Calcuim. I dont have rayuma also .. sometimes the pain is gone and most often it is there.. esp when I am getting off bed and getting up and down the stairs.. exactly what you were feeling now.. Everything is ok with me except that . knee trouble and lumbar pain.. Thank God..

Salamat sa blog/vlog, very informative. I have probably the some problem baka worst pa sa akin. Favor po, pwde po ipatanong ano po ang mga bawal na pagkain, seasonings, baka may mga bawal na vegetables. Salamat po.

I came across your channel miss tin. I am not yet 50 but i also experience knee pain when going up and down the stairs. I will try the exercises you've shown and maybe hot compress. Thanks much!😊

Sumasakit din ang knee ko noon kapag umaakyat at baba ako ng hagdan. Same din kami ng way kung paano umakyat at bumaba ni tin. :) pero since nadiagnose ako ng prediabetes, umiwas na ako sa carb... nawala na yung sakit. Kaya ko ng umakyat at bumaba ng mag isa, walang kasama na hinahawakan. :)

Ganyan din po ang problema since nadapa many years at naulit 3 years ago. Ms. Tin what I did is everynight before going to bed what I uusually do is babad or pour my two knees in warm water. Yung init na kaya ng balat ko in one or two seconds. Then the warm water goes for the showering. Ang sarap ng tulog ko. Try mo din. Dk kaya magpa therapy mahal.

Keep safe Ms. Tin🙏ganyan din po ginawa saken sa sciatica ko, 12 session po ang ginawa saken, same procedure po, im 57 already.maimtain ko nalang exercise na itinuro din saken ng therapist ko, at nagwoworkout naman , basta everyday po gagawin.

Tin, sorry to hear that you have osteoarthritis. My Mum had it (+) and it is really painful. It is unfortunate that it is not curable but there are many ways that would ease the pain as per advise by your doctor. Dapat siguro magpa bone density ka na rin. Sending my love..Take care!♥️♥️♥️💕💕💕

Try to consider your footwear.. trainers with good support on heels can prevent knee pains.

Nagka ganyan din ako Ms Tin, pero wa epek lang din yang therapy na yan. Giginhawa lang pandalian ksi naka ilan din akong nyan pero d din ako gumaling. Cguro kailangan lang talagang mag bawas ng timbang at kumain ng healthy. Get well soon Ms Tin😊

It's really the wear and tear of the knees Jean. That's why there are therapy sessions to help manage the pain

Ko kong saan ng gagaling ang sakit pag nilalakak ko minsan bigla nalang may tumotonog sa tuhod ko masakit talaga hirap ako omakyat sa hagdan buti na panuod ko ito may idea na ako sa masakit na tuhod ko hintay pa ako sa X ray ng Dr.ko thank you tin tin God bless your family tin thank sayo naka hanap na ako sa kasagutan ng masakit na tuhod ko hanggang ngayon mahirap ilakad watching from new. Nka-54 PT sessions ako in span of 2 yrs to manage the pain. Mas pinili ko PT over Steroid. Nagka-bone spurs din ako sa heel. I changed my footwear. Now ok na, though pag napagod medyo sumasakit. Pahinga, exercise at bike nagiging ok n. OA diagnosis s akin..no cure din 😔. Get well soon

inom ka ng collagen powder marami dito nyan sa japan kasi pagtumatanda ng natutunaw na ung collagen saka wag ka magpataba pagmataba kasi nabibigatn na ang tuhod mo .

Ms Tin malaking tulong po if you Drink Kangen Water po, it will help improve your overall health and well-being specially now that you have a health concern. Not only you po, but sa buong pamilya po.
