I was walking same day, riding my stationary bike after 3 days, hiking 1000 vertical feet after one month, wake surfing after two month, 50 mile road ride at 3 months and full out mountain biking at 6 months, plus scheduled a full triathlon in a few months. My question again, did you have a full bilateral knee placement or not?

Really great series! I watched all and was quite impressed with your knowledge and motivation. I'm 55 and a candidate for TKR. I can barely walk due to damage done from sports, the military and a very recent injury to my left knee. The right one is not far behind. I'm sold on the Smith & Nephew Journey although I might be going with the XR instead of the BCS. I'm curious about your thoughts concerning that? Thanks!

Did you actually have a bilateral knee replacement or meniscus repair? I did and what to learn how to run without damaging my titanium parts and my bones???

did you say you jog after the replacement, you are not supposed to do that ever heard of periprosthetic fracture
