No he won’t he won’t see the Knicks bench he will be in the DL and eventually on another team or out of the league. He could barely get his shot off in college look at how he struggles going to the rim and has to kick it out not because he is being a good PG but he is too small and can’t get his shot off. He barely could score. He was passing because he was limited not because that was really his game. He is being hyper but he was in the second round for a reason.

@@Barak144I like his decision making and his passes aren’t always forced due to lack of finishing, you can tell he has actual creativity when it comes to passing. And great feel for the game. I don’t want a rookie coming in and forcing shots. This kid will not do that. But he does need to get stronger to go against NBA defences every night.

Noticed that the knicks picked up several players at McCullar’s position. It would seem that they're all more developmental players whereas kevin is ready now. DZ obviously knows lightyears more than me, though it sounds like he hasnt watch a lot of Kevins tape. He was a very different player this year vs the past and even early vs late season. D is definitely his strength, but he had been much more of a facilitator. He became KUs lead scorer and was vastly improved as for efficiency. He got the bone/knee bruise in Jan that didnt heal during the season, but he triedplaying through it because ku was so short on players at all much less leaders.

I love what we did, the more I watch dadiet the more I see the vision. FO really killed it with this draft. Thinking about it that wizards pick might have some real value after Washington got Sarr and carrington

He probably won’t play much this season, but what you want from Kolek are 11 quality minutes/game. Just keep his hands on the wheel enough to keep the team from slipping in 2nd and 3rd quarter. If Brunson can play 31 mpg instead of 36 he’ll be fresher at the end of season.

I really like this kid Pacome, I think he can do Big things Quickly, he's raw yes, but his skill set and size is undeniable, sometimes the best way to get better is to sit with the team and learn and sometimes sprinkle him in, I wouldn't stash this kid, he's got mad talent. Those are my thoughts on Pacome.

A lot of fans are upset talking about how many picks we gave up like to 2031…aight so what the Knicks are going be a championship contender for the next 6,7 years! Take them late first picks out of here

Some people are stuck in outdated thinking. Draft picks matter, but people overrate their importance. If you stink for several consecutive years you need picks. If you have a good roster, a 19 year old rookie isn't gonna play much, so a first round pick is almost a waste of salary. Other thing is, Knicks gave up a lot of picks, but they're in the 20 range. Bridges will contribute more wins for the next sev several years than those same picks. And also FRPs get traded all the time. If they have to, they can trade guys in the next few years to recoup a first rounder or two.

I'm guessing this means they're giving up on Rokas. What they do need to think about is what they're gonna do if IHart bounces. IMO the perfect guy is out there, won't break the bank and fits in with what the Knicks need from the 5. Andre Drummond. 17 mins a game last year and he averaged 9 rebounds(3 offensive). He's a rebounding machine

As Pacers fan, but also objective NBA fan (+ NBA/ABA historian) and Kolek gives me TJ McConnell vibes just better jump shot but not as good of defender or assists per 100 and steals per 100. Good pick/swing especially in what’s called a “real bad draft”. Like his toughness/feistiness + like TJ he has game. Can be good bench/role guy. Draft always a crap shoot to certain extent and art not science, but I’d be surprised if Kolek floor isn’t at least decent backup with ceiling of TJ McConnell with some Austin Reeves.
