We knew it was possible once the seeding was finalized. We knew we could beat the bucks and we knew we could hang with the Knicks. Getting the 6th seed was the best thing that could’ve happened to us. Would’ve already lost to the Celtics if we weren’t. Everyone said we can’t play the same way in the playoffs, but, yeah we can. And we’re punching above our weight class just like we did all season.

The priority has to be resigning iHart and OG. Get that done and maybe try to deal Mitch and Bogi + picks to get a guy like Bridges. Randle has to be given a year with this team as the #2, against Atlanta we screwed him by giving him no floor spacing and last playoffs he was playing hurt. January’s proved he could work with this team. I agree with the draft strategy.

If I’m the New York Knicks as great as he is defensively, I’m trading Mitchell Robinson and I’m doing whatever I can to keep Isaiah Hartenstein you can’t let him walk out the door to another team. I honestly think Hartenstein is the more available center. You can argue Robinson this a little bit better than Hartenstein but it’s not like a landslide. I’d trade Mitchell Robinson. Plus, you can always draft a back up center in the draft.

You can’t trade Mitch, he’s the best backup center in the league when healthy, and you’re gonna be well under the luxury tax no matter what. It would be wise to invest in a serviceable third stringer cuz Mitch can’t stay healthy
