Manix 2 is my favorite as well. I have the BD1N, spy 27, Rex 45, M4, Cruwear, and maxamet. I have tons of spyderco but only one shaman which is the exclusive bladehq green micarta m4 blade. I have the sage 5 in Rex 121 and the endela in k390 plus all my pm2’s and para3’s. I’ve waited for years and years for a Chaves 229. I’m so glad I waited and got lucky the blue label came out and I bought it. I like the thumb stud and liner lock version way more than the titanium flipper frame lock. The blue label drop point in Elmax is sooooooo good!!!

You can spray your foam with flex seal and it'll basically turn it into a pre-cut

I’ve tried a handful of knives in my time buying selling trading and I always go back to Spyderco. Currently my favorite knife I’ve owned was a plain pm2 with s30v blade. But I’ve been carrying the most is my tenacious lightweight with the S35VN blade. Love it

@@carbon_root The way I think is you have over 250 knives, that probably adds up to quite a bit of money. Stop buying so many production knives and save for a mid-tech or custom. 10 Spydercos is over a grand. I recommend Strider, Hinderer, Medford, Curtis Customs, Direware, DSK, etc.

My 15V para3 LW had bad lock stick as well. Might wear in, but it got firmly stuck if I hard flicked it out. Sent it back to retailer, who said they gotten a lot of such returns on the 15V and other recent LW models. Bummer tha spyderco is missing the QC mark (at least recently).

I just try my best to space out the purchases or I go in the Facebook groups or eBay for great deals. The knife community is deep and there's a lot of great guys that want to sell and buy new stuff !
