I did own one of these and I never had any problems with the sheath. To make this knife comfortable at all you do have to wrap the handle like you did. I ended up selling it because it was just a bit too small for my hand. Nice video though!

I think you don't see it much because it just didn't sell. These originally sold for about $35, a total rip-off for what you were getting. You could get the Cold Steel Safe Keeper III for about the same price, or the CS Urban Pal (Urban Edge) for much less, both of which were far better knives. At the end these Gerbers were being blown out for about $13, at which price they might have been worth it.

Hopefully gerber fixed the retention problem with this blade. Also do you still have the h&k plan d you reviewed a while back and are you going to get any more h&k blades since they are being discontinued?

+Kranco :3 Something about the sheath not being tight enough and the knife falling out, or something like that. It was basically recalled. Mine is perfect though, sheath is very tight

Because it sucks compared to Cold Steel or Schrade and TOPS
