He's absolutely correct regarding injection molded handles being significantly tougher than handles milled from a sheet. When i worked for a thermoplastics company, we regularly saw this and the difference was alwas very pronounced.

I work as an injection molding process engineer/technician, which is the person that controls all of the settings on the machines and equipment that is involved in the entire process. Run prototype molds and establish settings and ranges for settings inside a window of quality specifications. I have worked quite a bit with Ultem material and instead of the molds being cooled with water at 50° - 200° Utem molds are cooled with heat transfer oil at temps of 200°-400°. This is like a car engine being cooled with coolant basically. I’m so excited about injection molded knives with this material and one thing I would say is any colorant I’ve worked with shouldn’t affect strength but it depends on if you use concentrated pellets or just buy the plastic pellets already colored. I really haven’t tested the tensile strength myself but plastics suppliers make specific colors for ultem material at the same strength (they claim at least). They have been working on injected Ultem engines for small equipment for decades which shows how strong this stuff is. Not to mention, I have ruined 2 tires on my car at work from driving over runners that someone left in the parking lot.

Anv are very good quality knives but For the P line and some others I never buy again because of this HUGE choil (many brand made this too...!) I intensively used on the field ,and its definitively not ergonomic for me . I 've had lionsteel t5 with the same issue and I sailed it too .I saw this on many knives I had to admit I don't understand. For me now it's a NO GO . The dagger are beautiful

Andre, if going on a show in America, learn to convert to inches my man, it's the courteous thing to do, yes it's a stupid measurement but that's the way it is. 1inch = 2.54 cm = 25.4 mm, the math is not that hard. Other than that, ANV makes unreal knives and Andre is a very good presenter but just a bit of a tip, having only one thumb stud on a knife makes it look so cheap and the assymetry is very unappealing, won't be much of a hassle or cost to put another one on there and it will make it ambi as well.
