That’s difficult to say since for the Hotel room does not match up with the build they are exiting. However the building of which he jumped in the river is the „Hotel Stein“ it has a (quite expensive) terrace you can visit. Don’t be disappointed because in reality between the Hotel and the river is a 3 lane road with a walk and bike path
