I don't know if this can help you with the development, but there are 2 Knight Rider games (from 2002 and 2004). Maybe there are useful sounds to extract.

Hi, I've got the problem with the mod. I did everything written in the instructions and still the mod doesn't work. I can spawn cars in the game (through Enhanced Native Trainer), but without abilities and functions. I also can't open the spawn menu.

then you probably need to install a scripthook and scripthook.net that is fitting your game version

which keys did you use for opening the spawn menu? you need to press Numpad Add, select the vehicle with the arrow keys and confirm with Enter

Hi, press NumPad Add to open the spawn Menu, select Season 4 KITT and confirm with Enter. To Transform to Super Pursuit Mode, stop the vehicle and press Numpad Add (while sitting inside of course)
