Medal of Honor was always my favorite game growing up. I think the franchise made a big mistake when they went to modern warfare to try and compete with Call of Duty and Battlefield. They should make a comeback with a next-gen WW2 game. There is a dying need for one and there's no competition. I always wondered why shooters moved away from the WW2 era they were always the best FPS.

I'll clear this up for you, the 101 and 82 jumped in at 10:00 PM June 5th. There were other troops that jumped 6:00 Am June 6th. Glider unites, reinforcement troops, resupply drops, and even unites that didn't make the main jump. Although if you're looking for an authentic WW2 game with complete historical accuracy I would suggest you play Brothers In Arms : Road To Hill 30.

Vinyl Stash I know, It's absolutely horrible and the voice acting and muffled effect are well done. I think it's a really good thing that they did that, it actually makes you realize what you are really doing to the men in the tank. We play so many video games where we blow up tanks without a thought, we kinda condition ourselves that tanks are just autonomous machines, this game did really well in adding their burning dying screams, and makes you feel the weight of what you are doing more than any ww II game has ever done. This moment made me realize how well thought out the game is. Still though, those fucking screams, I was thinking about them for a solid 30 minutes after I turned off the game.

+89BlackGatomon I was just like "Aw Shit" cuz i couldn't find a damn way to destroy it, not grenades...i cant place a grenade on the m1 garand so i can shoot it like a rocket launcher...But then i got on the roof on one of the houses and i found a real rocket launcher and i was like..."That thing was on the FUCKING ROOF THIS WHOLE TIME?" Altough i gotta admit the screams are well done, but make me feel a bit guilty.

@@Midzy_Wanderer It was actually Rjuken Sabotage from the first Medal of Honor for the PS1 that played at 14:10. Some of Medal of Honor: Airborne's in game music tracks come from the previous Medal of Honor games. Rjuken Sabotage also plays at the last part of Operation Varsity

I agree ref it's time for a WWII FPS as I think the Modern Warfare games have lost their novelty, much like WWII FPS games did prior to Modern ones. I've always wondered what it would be like if they did a German Paratroop/Glider FPS, where in early WWII the German Para's didn't jump with their weapons, they had to go to their dropped Weapons Containers first before being armed and able to fight. Likewise a Gliderborne FPS would be good too. Imagine if they had a Scenario for the German Para's landing in Holland and Crete, and the rescue of Mussolini.
