No matter what you believe, its not a good look. And the club will show you in the days ahead, as they can’t endorse it. Privacy when filming in public places In Australia and overseas, it is generally illegal to film a person in public where there is an expectation of privacy. This includes places such as bathrooms, change rooms and AA meetings. Ponga could possibly sue the person filming, and the security guard for allowing it to happen including the venue.
