As someone who's gone there this is my advice: Sadly Paris isn't all that good, there's so many people that you'll spend more time trying to get in and out than actually enjoying the trip, and it can also be dangerous, there's lots of scams and there's been other serious issues recently 😟 But what I can also tell you is that it is indeed beautiful, you just need to know your stuff and have your trip well planned out (finding an affordable hotel, finding parking spots..). I didn't have the chance to visit the louvre when I went there, but I got to visit the Eiffel tower and it doesn't disappoint. And remember to make sure you're financially stable, stuff is really expensive there!
