Such a lovely episode! I agree, I think it's important to talk about mental health, especially since there are a lot of crafter who use their hobbies to help relax! Glad therapy seems to be helping. On another note, the sock yarn you bought looks lush. And I've wanted to get into spinning but I really don't need another expensive fiber hobby atm so I'll live vicariously through you.
